All content presented in the FeedFocus app — in particular AI-generated summaries, AI perspectives, audio digests (briefings) and tone assessments — is created automatically by artificial intelligence. This content may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or distorted in its context. The Provider assumes no warranty for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability of the AI-generated content for a particular purpose.

2. No financial or investment advice

AI summaries and AI perspectives of videos with financial content (e.g. stock analyses, cryptocurrencies, real estate valuations, investment strategies) expressly do NOT constitute financial, investment or tax advice. In particular:

• The AI perspectives (including verdict ratings such as "Exceptional Value" or "Handle with Care") are not buy or sell recommendations.
• The tone assessment ("opinion-driven", "promotional" etc.) does not replace an independent review of the seriousness of a piece of financial information.
• Investment decisions should be made exclusively on the basis of professional advice from licensed financial advisors.

3. No health or medical advice

AI summaries of videos with health or medical content do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. For health-related questions, consult a qualified physician or therapist.

5. Own duty to review

The user is obliged to independently review AI-generated content before making decisions on its basis. FeedFocus provides a direct link to the original video on YouTube for every summary. The user is expressly requested to consult the original video.

6. Third-party content

The videos summarized by FeedFocus originate from third parties (YouTube creators). The Provider is not responsible for the content of the original videos. The AI summary reproduces the content of the video to the best of its technical ability, but may distort or misinterpret it.

7. Artificial intelligence and hallucination

Large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini and Grok can "hallucinate" — i.e. present factually incorrect information as correct. This is a known and, at present, technically unavoidable behavior. FeedFocus cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is free from such errors.

8. Scope of liability

The Provider's liability is governed by the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions (clause 6). This disclaimer supplements the provisions set out there.
